My inspiration for this design is a personal one. I wanted to preserve Grandma’s Blue Rose China plates, so I scanned the plates and set the images in a sterling silver heart setting. It looked so beautiful and preserved the design of Grandma’s plates in a piece of heirloom jewelry. This is not real broken china, but a reproduction of an image of vintage broken china.
