Lil' Oxford Crib Mattress

Our Lil' Oxford Crib Mattress is built with two layers of natural Talalay latex in a quilted wool and organic cotton cover.

This mattress is made with the same care and finest all-natural materials as our adult mattresses - with absolutely no chemicals, dyes, glues, or synthetics. In addition to being non-toxic, materials are selected for their breathability, comfort, and temperature-regulating properties, to help your baby have the soundest, healthiest sleep possible.

Firmness

Our Lil' Oxford Crib Mattress is comprised of two different densities of latex, so it can adapt to your baby's needs as they grow. Infants will begin with the firmest density on top (#5) and a medium density below (#3). These internal layers can be easily swapped to soften the mattress as your baby grows up.

It is important to note that natural latex is heavier than synthetic foams, so some cribs may require reinforcing of the base to prevent sagging.

Dimensions

Crib dimensions are approximately 28" x 52", with depth of 5".

We adhere to standard dimensions as much as possible. Please note the dimensions are give or take an inch, as our mattresses are handmade and materials can vary.

Materials

Natural Talalay Latex is rubber from the rubber tree (Hevea Brasiliensis). It is free of chemicals and synthetic add-ins and comes in many densities to choose from. Cradle-to-Cradle Gold, Oeko-Tex 100 (Product Class 1), and Eco Institut certified.

Care

The outer case is spot clean only. Do not put in the washing machine or it will change structure and have to be remade.

We recommend using a mattress protector to prevent any accidents from damaging your mattress.
