Since 1882, Maldon Sea Salt Flakes have been made from seawater in estuaries in Essex County, England, in the town of Maldon (known by the locals as 'Maldon on the Mud'). Handcrafted with traditional artisan methods to create beautiful pyramid-shaped salt crystals, it has a delicious balance of naturally occurring minerals, enhancing any dish.
