22" Height Zero Flex - Weathering

Zero Flex represents our sturdiest edging option, featuring a thicker top lip that maintains crisp, straight lines throughout. It offers limitless possibilities for creating elegant design configurations.

• Create a traditional garden bed and use the extensions to add length or width when needed.
  
• CorTen panels are delivered in their natural state prior to rusting.  Once exposed to the elements, they will begin to form their rusted patina.
• Zero Flex is not meant to be cut/rejoined.  If you need to modify lengths for your project, use the Rigid edging instead.

• 2 mm thick, 8mm top edge.
• Corners are 4 inches each side of the 90 degree bend.

Bracing - 3 choices

• Choose between the Universal Bracing, Cross Bracing Strap, or Small Anchor Posts.  

1. Cross Bracing - Can be used when you have 2 parallel panels.  Straps are 40 inches long and break off in 2 inch increments.  2 straps can be used in combination for planters up to 75 inches.  Any wider than that, and you'll need to choose between the universal bracing or anchor posts instead.
   

• 2 per Large Panels Box (71" section packs) needed
• 1 per Medium Panels Box (31.5" section packs) needed

1. Universal Bracing - A tie back system.  The turnbuckle hooks to the pole bracket on the back of the panel (bracket included).  The adjustable chain hooks to the turnbuckle with a peg attached that goes into the ground.  Use the turnbuckle to tighten and make small adjustments.  Once you backfill, it creates tension with a constant push/pull stytem keeping the panel from bowing.

1. Large Anchor Post - A 43 inch galvanized posts that screws to the pole bracket (bracket included) on the back of the panel.  Pound the anchor posts into the ground next to the bracket.  Secure with provided self tapping screws.

• 4 per Large Panels Box (71" section packs) needed
• 2 per Medium Panels Box (31.5" section packs) needed

Feature Pieces

• You now have the ability to create a curved bump out or feature piece with the addition of 4" pieces.
• 3 different options to choose from, all come in 4" panel increments
  • Straight Insert - 4" section that can be used as a filler or in comination with the internal and external feature pieces to create a smaller curve
  • Internal Insert - 4" section with a 15 degree angle to create an inward curve.
  • 
  • External Insert - 4" section with a 15 degree angle to create and outward curve (opposite of internal insert)
