Perfectly hydrated and ready to be inoculated with a liquid culture or colonized agar plate containing the mushroom or fungi of your choice. Sterilized for 2.5 hours, cooled, and sealed in front of a horizontal laminar flow hood to ensure quality. All bags are batched and dated for quality assurance and are shelf-stable for 4 weeks from the shipping date.
Why Use Millet
Millet is an ideal grain for spawn production and supplementation. Millet has a much lower endospore load than rye and wheat, making it less prone to contamination, and its small size means that your spawn will have many more inoculation points for the same volume of grain.

| 1. Inspect | Ensure jar seal, filter patch, and injection port are intact. |
| 2. Inoculate | Disinfect port, inject 2–3 mL liquid culture, spores, or colonized agar. |
| 3. Incubate | Store at 70–75 °F until full colonization (7–14 days). |
| 4. Shake (Optional) | At mid-colonization, swirl jar gently to break up clumps. |
| 5. Use or Store | Use colonized grain for substrate inoculation, or refrigerate for up to 4 weeks. |
